Bombai Ka Babu (1960) & A Double-Dyed Deceiver (1920) |
The story of this Dev Anand starrer and Raj Khosla directed movie was written by famous writer Rajinder Singh Bedi. But the plot is also quite similar to O'Henry's short story "A Double-Dyed Deceiver", except the love angle inserted in the storyline.
Incidentally an English movie was also made on this story with the same title in 1920.
