After the hugely successful “Munna Bhai MBBS”, this is the sequel to the trendsetter movie which incorporated the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi, in a rare lighter sense and in a very impressive way, well received and appreciated all over the world. It was really a great risk casting Gandhi in the movie as a spirit coming for help of Munna Bhai. But the elegancy with which it was done deserves a standing ovation.

This time Munna Bhai & Circuit returned with another highly amusing character called Lucky Singh, played by Boman Irani. It was in fact an unexpectedly entertaining movie and that was the reason it won hearts of every single Indian. Gandhi’s philosophy and the word “Gandhigiri” is now famous in the youth of the nation only due to this movie of Rajkumar Hirani. It surely deserved all the awards it won and I wish it was India’s entry to the Oscars in its year of release, but that is quite a debatable topic too.

The movie should be shown in all the Film Institutes for its delicate yet entertaining treatment and intelligent script which dealt with the most famous person in Indian History and still didn’t raise any objections or contradictions. However, it is seriously advised to watch this comedy at once, if you haven’t seen it yet.
