Namak Halaal (1982) & Amitabh's comic sequence with his shoe.

You must remember the Hit Song Pag Ghughroo Bandh fromNamak Halaal (1982) and also the funny party sequence just before the song, when Amitabh loses a shoe in the flowing water and then starts following it.

The complete sequence is taken from Peter Seller’s “Party” released in 1968. In this film Peter Seller by mistake gets invited to a party of the rich and as he enters he tries to wash one of his muddy shoes in the flowing water and loses it. And then he starts chasing the moving shoe in his own funny way.

But here, I would like to add that in my opinion Amitabh did the particular sequence better than Peter Sellers with his unique comedy expressions and perfect comic timing.
