Here is Basu Chatterjee at his best. The director is in his full form in this comedy featuring the talented Sanjeev Kumar, the inimitable Farookh Sheikh and the one & only Utpal Dutt. People filing suits against some big companies is a common thing in the west, but its very rare in our part of the world. The film is based on this plot only when Farrukh tries to earn money by filing a suit against a company with the help of his lawyer played by Sanjeev Kumar. Uptpal Dutt is the opposition lawyer hired by the rival company. The scenes of confrontation between Sanjeev & Utpal Dutt are pure fun and hilarious. Anita Raaj is also fine as the love angle in the plot. One of the best comedy films of the 80s. A must watch for the comedy lovers and for people who love Hrishikesh Mukherjee kind of Cinema.

Though the movie also features in my Inspired Cinema list (since takes it all from a Western Classic), but still it gets into my Must Watch List too, as it is a entertaining quality comedy.
