Included in the 100 All Time Best Movies, it is the most influential movie in the history of cinema by the master director Akira Kurosawa. The movie has inspired numerous projects in Hollywood (The Magnificent Seven to start with) as well as in Bollywood (Sholay and many more) and is definitely one of the most famous movies all over the world. The story revolves around how seven fighters are brought together to fight the dacoits of an area. And then the innocent villagers are also trained to fight along with them.  

Each of the seven characters are developed slowly and how they transform into warriors is a real treat to watch. Each one of them is a master of his own skill having his own unique style. You may remember scenes from many of your favourite movies while watching this world classic. The movie is more than 3 and a half hours of duration and still you don’t find it lengthy. That is the beauty of its brilliantly written script and competent direction. A true masterpiece from one of the 10 best directors of the world, Akira Kurosawa. You will find this movie in the all time favourite movie list made anywhere in the world at any time. Hence it would be a great loss to miss it.
